Here’s how to get your motor into the hands of our experts:

 1.Remove the motor from your bike yourself or have a bike shop of your choice do it for you.

 2.Fill out the form below, then print the copy you receive by email.

 3.Carefully package your motor (bubble wrap, foam, sturdy cardboard) and include the printed form inside the box.

 4.Send your motor to the following address:

Use a reliable carrier with tracking and delivery confirmation.
Tip: Keep your tracking number until delivery is confirmed.

 5.Once received, our team will contact you within 48 hours with a personalized quote.

 6.After your approval, we’ll proceed with the agreed-upon repairs.

 7.Once the repair is complete, you’ll receive an invoice by email, along with a secure link to pay online. As soon as we receive your payment, we’ll ship the motor back to the address you provided.

 8.Reinstall your motor and enjoy your bike again!
